If you are looking to expand and develop the size of your current property, then F&H Construction are more than equipped to undertake these works for clients.
We will assist you from as early as helping clients to ascertain if they need to submit a planning application or a building notice so as to not get into complications with local authorities and we will discuss budgets in order to give our clients the best value for money.
We have undertaken a wide variety of extensions ranging from simple extensions to allow for more space in the home, to sun rooms for the summer, to large scale extensions which radically increase the size of the existing property. These can be done in both single story or multi story depending on the client’s requirements.
We also place an emphasis on the materials being used so as to match the existing property to improve the overall finish of the project once completed and will undertake works to make sure the development ties into the existing house as much as possible. One of our more recent extensions was even nominated for a building excellence award for the level of quality on the project.
